Fire prevention

(Traditional) Bep fire prevention includes, but is not limited to;

• Large populations of animals selectively bred for perception/fear of fires/smoke and loudness; see ikea birds
• Plants selectively bred for fire resistance; crops, but also and especially decorative plants/vines found just about everywhere in public areas
• General social awareness; if you see somebody trying to start a fire they shouldn't be starting, it's common courtesy to try talking, threatening, or beating them out of it
• Expansive water networks with lots of publicly available access points
• Living in a Rainforest
• The aforementioned regular flooding and channelling thereof
• Numerous rivers and artificial canals everywhere, forming isolated "islands" (also useful for transportation and trade)
