the act/practice/task of getting shit that needs to get done, done; programming[broad] and high-level actualization. typically of semi-bureaucratic, organizational, or misc. housekeeping nature. so if you designate a timeslot for that, that might be paying your bills, feeding the cat, or finally getting around to arranging a doctor's appointment; kind of like briefing as an agenda point, but like... the next step in the process. relatively menial tasks of some higher-level mandate.

I'm thinking to include some restriction on how repetitive+menial they can be:

• fixing the fauçet is very ... low-level, not thinky, but it also happens rarely. it passes.
• writing your daily log is completely regular, but also high enough in brain content that it passes.
• filing for custody is both rare and thinkey, so it definitely passes.
• sweeping the floor is too menial and also involves no head effort, and does not pass
