Bep culture does not concern itself with sexual preferences much, with opinions being far and few inbetween. This is amplified a little by the Evil Empire(tm) that hung around invading their individual privacy extensively until the Somewhat Lucky Revolution after which the Bep in many ways went for being as different from the empire as possible.

Bedroom things are often left undiscussed, as are many basic human functions and some social issues like depression & isolation. This sort of balances out with it being p broadly normalized to have big strong and vocal opinions if need be; but sexuality generally just goes under the radar, nobody really cares or wants to care.
